Annual Boiler Service
All domestic gas boilers should be serviced and inspected annually by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. Regular servicing ensures the boiler is working safely, optimally and within the specifications set out by the boiler manufacturer. An annual service helps to reduce the risk of the boiler breaking down and could actually save you money on your fuel bills.

Annual reminders - Most of Paul's customers rely on Paul's automated reminder scheme; Paul will either send you a postcard, an email and/or a mobile text message to remind you two weeks before your safety checks and services are due – a convenient and reliable way to stay safe.

Before you buy a new home - You've found a house and you're ready to put an offer in. Does it come with certificated service and safety checks on the gas appliances and central heating? If not, ask Paul to complete these important tasks first - we could save you hundreds of pounds on survey fees or potential problems.
