Paul set up his local company in 2001. His aim has been to simplify the process of providing gas safety inspections, and focus on offering a highly professional specialist service to home owners, landlords and letting agents.
A specialist service at short notice
Whilst many other providers 'do everything', Gas in Safe Hands do not undertake installation, breakdowns or major repair work, which ensures customers can always book an inspection at short notice. "He is often called out at short notice because a customer has been let down by another engineer and urgently needs an appointment - Paul can normally get to our customers within 24 hours."
Total convenience
In an industry notorious for 'waiting in all day', Gas in Safe Hands aim to make the process as pleasant and efficient as possible: a Safety Checks engineer will liaise directly with the key holder and provide a two hour time slot 24 hours prior to their visit. Paul can also call the key holder half to one hour before the appointment or even pick up the keys if this is more convenient (charges may apply).
Most importantly, Paul is a Gas Safe® Registered engineer and carries a Gas Safe ID card – you are in safe, professional hands.
